Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to make the process of cancellation and refund as smooth and transparent as possible. The following policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations, amendments, and refunds:

Standard Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date: Full refund of the booking amount (excluding applicable taxes and processing fees, if any).

• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: 100% of the first night’s room rate will be charged as retention.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or No-Show: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Peak Season / Special Rate Policies

During peak travel periods (such as festivals, long weekends, and high-demand seasons), special cancellation terms may apply:

• Non-Refundable Rates / Promotional Offers: Bookings under special or promotional rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

• Peak Season Bookings (e.g., Diwali,Pushkar fair, New Year): Full retention will be charged for any cancellation within 15 days of check-in.

Amendment Policy

• Reservation changes are subject to availability and applicable rate differences.

• Amendments must be made at least 72 hours prior to the original check-in date.

• Only one amendment is permitted per booking.

Early Departure Policy

• In case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to retain the full amount for the originally booked stay.

• No refund will be provided for unused room nights or services.

Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

• Any service charges, transaction fees, or applicable taxes are non-refundable.

• For reservations made through third-party platforms or travel agents, refunds must be processed directly through them, as per their respective policies.

Force Majeure

Maya Luxury Hotels & Resorts shall not be held liable for cancellations or modifications arising due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or political unrest. In such cases, special consideration will be extended where possible.

Group Booking Policy

Separate terms and conditions apply for group bookings of 5 rooms or more. Please contact our reservations team for details.
